How It Works
Bookmarking: You can bookmark the Index Page for your trip's documents by clicking the Add to Menu button. You will still need to log in to complete the online forms such as the Rider Questionnaire or to view the Trip Roster.
Tips & Tidbits: This section contains a variety of articles regarding equipment, travel and more. This section is open for all to visit and enjoy.
Forum: Our Riders Forum is a bulletin board system, where you can post questions or messages for your fellow riders. Connect with your fellow guests to organize some post tour travel or maybe get together for a reunion down the road. You can post questions regarding a wide variety of topics. The board is open for everyone to read, but you will need to register in order to post a message or reply to one. You will find a link to the registration page on the forum (and no your tour documents log in information does not work for the forum, you must register separately on the forum).
Photo Albums: The Photo Gallery is currently in the final stages of developement. Ultimately it will be a place for you to post photos from your tours for all to enjoy. Stay tuned . . . .
Handbooks: All the information specific to your trip, planning details, equipment lists, hotel or campground information, health concerns, travel times, etc.
Questionnaire: Our Riders Questionnaire is mandatory for all guests. Amongst the items covered in the questionnaire are emergency contact information, health and diet details, flight schedules, biking equipment, roster appearance and more. The questionnaire can be completed over time, as you are able to come back and update or add additional details as needed. Acess requires being logged in.
Roster: Your Trip Roster is available online. It is voluntary and you will make that decision when you complete your Rider Questionnaire. You can not view the roster until after you have completed your questionnaire and then only if you elected to appear on the roster. Do not use the roster as an indicator of how big your group is, as some folks will not want to be listed and others won't appear right away because they haven't gotten around to completing their questionnaire yet. Access requires being logged in.
