Bike Rentals

Bike Rentals are available on selected tours in Southeast Asia. This is currently limited to Thailand and Vietnam tours.

Our bike fleet in Thailand is Cannondale dropbar road bikes (both R400 and R500 Feminine) and Merida Speeder T3 flatbar road bikes. Bike are equipped with two waterbottle cages, pumps, repair kits, rear rack bags and platform pedals. Sizes range from 47 to 60 cm. Guests are welcome to bring their own pedals and seats if desired and our crew will swap them out at trip's beginning and end.

Our bike fleet in Vietnam is similar and features Cannondale A400 and T800 models. For tours in Bhutan we offer the Merida Speeder T3 flatbar road bikes.

All guests are required to bring their own helmet and wearing of helmets is mandatory while cycling with Pedalers. Because we have not found a truly satisfactory way to clean and sanitize a helmet after use, we do not provide loaner or rental helmets.

Camping Equipment Rentals

On our rides in Alaska and the Yukon Territory, we enjoy camping out under the stars at night. For riders without their own camping equipment we offer two rental packages ... a one person and a two person kit. Each kit comes with a sturdy, easy to set up Eureka Timberline tent; a comfortable, self inflating air mattress; a warm Eureka Cimmaron sleeping bag and a cozy flannel liner from Coccoon, all packed in a convenient duffle bag. The one person kit, has a two man tent and one sleeping set-up, while the two person kit comes with a four man tent and two sleeping set ups.

Rental costs start from $75 and are listed on the tour's Details and Signup page, where applicable. Reserving rental equipment requires a $25 deposit when you book and the balance submitted with your final tour payment.
