Route Profiles

These route profiles are courtesy of Scott Miller, a participant on the 2006 BEARS ride. They were recorded using a Garmin Edge 305. Please note that the 2006 route was a bit different than the current ride and some days are missing for various reasons. The "Day" listed for each profile reflects this year's itinerary.

Day 1 - Fairbanks to Nenana

Day 2 - Nenana to Denali NP

Day 4 - Denali NP to Denali SP (chart ends 11 miles before our current camp)

Day 7 - Palmer to Matanuska

Day 8 & 9 - Matanuska to Copper River (day 8 ends at the 63 mile mark)

Day 9 & 10 - Copper River to Valdez (day 9 ends at the 39 mile mark)
