My Trip Ideas

At the top of "The Tours" menu, you will see a section called My Trip Ideas, where you can bookmark the trips that interest you the most, allowing you to quickly find them when you return. On the lower left side of the Overview page for each tour, you will see a Save to My Trips button. Just click and the trip will be added. You can use the Edit Favorites link on the menu to delete any trips you are no longer interested in.

My Tour Documents

In a similar vein as the My Trip Ideas, you can bookmark the Tour Documents for any tour you are registered on and they will appear in the main menu accessible from any page on our website. Just click the Add to Menu button on the index page for your trip's Tour Documents.

Trip Information Section

At the top of each tour's page you will see several links: Overview, Itinerary, Details & Signup, Map, etc. The Overview section is what you first see when you go to a tour page, a brief synopsis of the trip. The Itinerary section is a day by day description of the route, with mileages, any passes crossed and any exceptions to our All Meals Included policy. The Details & Signup section has complete price breakdowns, inclusions, important travel details and a booking grid showing trip availaibility. The Map section ... well what need we say ... it is a map of the trip. Some trips also have links to route profiles and photo albums from the trip.

Cookies

The Pedalers Pub & Grille / Team Pedalers websites employs several cookies, primarily serving to save visitor preferences. One cookie does record referrals from ads we place. The cookies do not gather any personal data, nor computer data, nor do they save any data from your application or forms filled out during your visit. If you have cookies disabled, you will be unable to add tours to the My Trips Ideas menu or add your tour documents to the main menu.

Javascript

Javascript is used to facilitate the user experience on our website. It controls our main menu, as well as section navigation on individual tours. If you have javascript disabled, you will still have access to all information on our website, however its appearance may not be well organized.

Booking Links

There are numerous places to start the tour booking process. In the Details & Signup section of each tour, there is a list of dates with booking buttons, as well as on the Availibility page. In addition anytime you see the tour dates listed in bold brown type (on the tour's Overview page, in the search result pages), you can click on the date of interest and sign up for that departure.

Privacy Policy

Pedalers Pub & Grille respects our customer's right to privacy. The personal information gathered from our website and from any printed applications or questionnaires is used solely by Pedalers Pub & Grille for the registration on, operation of and marketing of our tours. Some personal information, such as addresses, maybe exchanged with banking institutions while processing your payment. Pedalers Pub & Grille does not provide any customer information to any outside parties for marketing or any other non-transactional purposes.

This right to privacy extends to our trip rosters. It is entirely voluntary to have your personal information listed on the trip roster. You will have the opportunity to select this option while completing our Rider Questionnaire after you are registered. The trip roster will display name, city, state, email, phone and the answer to the About Me question. If you elect not to appear on the trip roster, you will not receive a copy of the trip roster.
