Why the name ?

We are blessed with a rather unique and symbolic name. Food is an important part of many cultures and a key to understanding their lives. It is also important to most cyclists ... we eat to ride ... ride to eat. And the casual atmosphere of a pub & grille is reflective of our trips: fun, sociable, laid back, jovial ... no pretentiousness nor any pomp & circumstance.
